Minister of Congregational Care, David Schneider
Rev. David Schneider, our veteran pastor, is Minister of Congregational Care. His responsibility is to stay in touch with church members who may be in nursing homes, hospitals, or confined to their own homes. A certified Stephen Ministry Leader, he has been active in providing consultation regarding the
Stephen Ministry Program in addition to to providing training seminars for WUMC's active Lay Pastoring Program.
Though officially retired from full time pastoral duties, he has the reputation of saying "Yes" to requests for preaching, teaching singing, and providing pastoral care. David is one of those friendly faces always available when you need him.
